In her sessions, Sheilan uses a combination of tea and chat and energy work to clear away the
cobwebs of confusion, inviting Wholenesss back. In quite stillness, sheilan holds a space of
Wholeness, love and clarity, which assists individuals to shift and return back to their center.
She addresses what might be blocking the way to experiencing a peaceful, joyful life.

Sessions usually last about 1.5 hours in her home. Shorter sessions are also available.
